…just curious as to when or if you will be instituting the “Condition of Competition” rule( ie..2011 groove mandate) in MGA tournaments. Since the USGA is or is supposed to be adopting this mandate in 2014 and is suggesting that other golf associations do the same with “expert” amateur events can you see a timeline for this procedure or is it even a consideration at this point….

The Missouri Golf Association is NOT adopting the Groove & punch mark specification in Appendix 2-5C and Also to Decision 4-1/1 in ‘‘Decisions on the Rules of Golf”.
