Greg Benney, MGA Junior Golf Manager

The MGA has hired Greg Benney to oversee the MGA Junior Golf Program this summer. Greg comes to the MGA from Jefferson City Country Club were he was employed since 1992. He will bring with him extensive golf management skills and be a great asset to the MGA and our Junior Golf Program.

The MGA and the MGA Junior Golf Foundation are proud to announce that we have been awarded two P.J. Boatwright Intern Grants by the USGA for the 2013 Season.

Welcome Morgan Lamberson and Kaitlyn Schwartze.

Morgan Lamberson, Marshall, Mo attends college at Drury University where she is a member of the Drury Women’s Golf Team. Morgan will graduate in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science with Sports Mangements Emphasis and Minors in Business Administration and Global Studies. Some of you may recognize her she was the 2012 Boatwright Intern for the Missouri Women’s Golf Association. She will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge with her to the MGA.

Kaitlyn Schwartze, Freeburg, Mo attends college at Lincoln University where she is a member of the Lincoln Women’s Golf Team. Kaitlyn will graduate in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and Mathematics and Minor in Drafting. Kaitlyn is very excited and greatful to be awarded the USGA Boatwright Internship for 2013.
